Public Health State of Emergency Declaration Includes Weight Exemption for Log Trucks

Governor Brian Kemp issued a March 14 Executive Order declaring a Public Health State of Emergency. This order allows log trucks and other commercial vehicles to apply for a permit through the Georgia Department of Public Safety to reach up to 95,000 lbs. gross vehicle weight.
